Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Training Manager based in the Hyderabad Area. The Senior Training Manager will plan, develop, and execute teacher training programs and workshops. They will work closely with internal teams to design training curriculums, evaluate program effectiveness, and implement improvements to maintain high-quality training standards. The role also involves providing support to partner schools and ensuring compliance with educational best practices.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in training development, curriculum design, and facilitating educational programs
- Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a proven ability to engage and inspire audiences
- Prior experience in the education sector, preferably early childhood education, is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, Management, or a related field is required; advanced degree is a plus
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in tracking and improving training program effectiveness
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for innovation in education and commitment to providing quality early education
