About the Opportunity:
Imarticus is hiring for Vertical Head of Training Delivery & Operations for the Global
Accounting & Finance Certification Courses Vertical. This is a senior role at vertical head level
where you would be leading entire training, delivery, operations, learner support, learning
experience & course outcomes. This would include managing a team of 15-20 operations
executives & program managers, working with operations executives at multiple centers and
also leading a pool of trainers for these courses.

Reporting to : Business Head
There are 2 positions. One for Accounting courses (ACCA, US CMA, CPA) and One for Finance courses
(CFA & FRM). The Vertical Head for Accounting courses will be leading all operations & processes for
those certifications whereas Vertical Head for Finance courses will have the ownership of all operations
and process for finance certifications.
Job Description:
• Training delivery planning, building course maps, class planning, mock planning, content
design ideas with trainers for online and offline classes across India
• Trainers hiring & empanelment, delivery assessments, conducting TTT sessions for new trainers
• Leading the operations team to perform operational processes such as learner
onboarding, admission letter, course allocation, batch mapping, access to LMS, class scheduling, learners attendance, reports etc
• Leading a team of Student Success Specialists / Support Executives and running delivery of online classes for multiple batches across various programs
• Driving the team to manage learners’ experience & handhold learners by ensuring they are engaging with the learning platform and content, taking feedback and working on them
• Closely monitor and analyze learners' performance dashboard to chart the overall progress of the learners, being in constant touch with the learners as a point of support
and managing escalations
• Driving the processes of learners registrations for boards (ACCA/CMA/CFA/CPA/GARP), furthering them to register for exams, increasing the count of exam takers, chasing pass rates as ultimate outcome
• Overseeing reports and MIS for daily/ weekly/ monthly tracking of learners and classes, fee collection, class feedback, delivery audit etc across all programs
• Stakeholder management / working with center heads, business head and founders.
Who Can Apply
Candidates must hold or be pursuing qualifications such as CA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants), US CMA (Institute of Management Accountants), CMA India (Institute of Cost Accountants of India), CPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants), CFA (CFA Institute), or FRM (Global Association of Risk Professionals). Part-qualified candidates are also eligible.
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in accounting/finance training, program delivery, coaching, and team management is required. Prior experience with certification programs will be preferred
