Role Description

This is a full-time Senior Trainer - Insurance role based on-site in Jaipur. The Senior Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training modules to enhance the knowledge and skills of insurance professionals. Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, creating learning materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and ensuring the alignment of training programs with industry standards and company goals. Collaboration with management and team members to identify training needs and implement best practices will also be part of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in training development and delivery, instructional design, and employee development
• Deep understanding of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations
• Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills focused on fostering professional growth
• Proficient organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with training software and e-learning platforms is an advantage
• Prior experience in a similar role in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Education, or a related field
