Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Trainer role located in Bengaluru. The Senior Trainer in Sales will be responsible for designing and delivering effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. Key responsibilities include conducting workshops, developing training materials, evaluating training effectiveness, and mentoring team members. The role also involves collaborating with leadership to identify training needs and driving continuous professional development.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Sales Trainings and Training & Development
- Excellent Presentation Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Proficiency in Customer Service and a customer-oriented mindset
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills
- Experience in designing and implementing impactful training programs
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Training & Development, or a related field
- Previous experience in a sales trainer or similar role is highly preferred
- 10 year's experience in Sales trainer in sales
