Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Tour Consultant, based in Noida. The Senior Tour Consultant will manage responsibilities such as creating customized travel itineraries, consulting with clients to understand their needs, and delivering exceptional customer service. The individual will also coordinate guided tours, ensure smooth travel arrangements, and stay up to date with industry trends and destinations to provide expert advice.
Qualifications
- Experience in Inbound/Outbound Travel Consulting
- Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
- Knowledge of Travel & Tourism practices
- Proficiency in building tailored travel plans and itineraries
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Familiarity with emerging travel trends and destinations is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
