Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior TM1 Developer role based in Gurugram / Hyderabad (Onsite Role). The Senior TM1 Developer will design, develop, and implement IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) solutions to support organisational planning, forecasting, and reporting needs. Responsibilities include building and maintaining TM1 models, developing rules and processes, optimising TM1 servers for performance, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, and providing technical expertise for troubleshooting and resolving issues. The role requires a strong understanding of business processes and an ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver customised, efficient, and scalable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), including cube and dimension building, TM1 Rules, and TurboIntegrator processes
- Strong ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into efficient TM1 models
- Experience in database management, including SQL and data integration techniques
- Knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
- Problem-solving skills, with experience in performance optimisation and issue resolution
- Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in IBM Planning Analytics or similar technologies are strongly preferred
