Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Ticketing Executive based in Ahmedabad. The role involves handling domestic and international flight ticketing operations, including fare quotations, ticket issuance, reissues, refunds, and cancellations. The candidate will coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and internal sales/operations teams to manage bookings efficiently. The position also requires supporting clients with travel-related queries, managing urgent booking requirements, and ensuring accuracy and service excellence in all ticketing processes.
Qualifications- Strong experience in domestic and international flight ticketing
- Proficiency in GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre
- Good understanding of airline fare rules, routing, and availability
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage last-minute travel changes
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a travel company
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in travel/tourism preferred
