Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced ticketing consultant to handle both domestic and international travel bookings. The role involves managing end-to-end ticketing operations, ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and a seamless experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities- Handle end-to-end ticketing (booking, reissue, cancellations, refunds)
- Work on GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)
- Provide competitive fares and optimal routing options
- Manage PNRs, ticket issuance, and travel documentation
- Coordinate with airlines for schedule changes and special requests
- Resolve client queries promptly and professionally
Skills & Requirements- Strong hands-on experience in GDS systems
- In-depth knowledge of fare rules, airline policies, and international ticketing
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle high-volume bookings with accuracy
Qualification- Graduate (Travel & Tourism preferred)
Experience- 6 Years in domestic & international ticketing (mandatory)
