Position: QA Engineer (Manual & Automation Testing)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with experience in both manual and automation testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring product quality through effective test planning, execution, and automation while working closely with Agile development teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze business and technical requirements
- Design detailed test scenarios and test cases
- Develop and maintain automation testing frameworks and scripts
- Perform various testing types including functional, regression, exploratory, smoke, and sanity testing
- Conduct performance testing to ensure system scalability and stability
- Execute test cases and analyze results
- Identify, report, and track defects through to resolution
- Maintain and update test documentation and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing
- Hands-on experience in automation tools (Selenium, TestNG, etc. preferred)
- Good understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Agile methodologies
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management
- Basic knowledge of performance testing tools is a plus
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
