Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance applications using Selenium, Java , API & Cucumber. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Testing, event-driven architectures, and containerized deployments on platforms like OpenShift.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
• Work with frameworks such as TestNG and JUnit to build scalable test solutions.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data for new and existing features.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and QA-related ceremonies.
• Conduct root cause analysis and work with the development team to resolve defects.
• Provide release support by performing pre/post-deployment testing in staging/production environments.
• Identify opportunities to improve test coverage and automation across projects.
• Communicate technical terms clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Build strong commitment within the team to support priorities and deliverables.
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication within distributed project teams.
  
  

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver.
• Proficiency with JUnit and TestNG frameworks.
• Experience with test planning, defect tracking, and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
• Familiarity with Agile QA practices, Scrum ceremonies, and CI/CD processes.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
