The Test Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all diagnostic tests and assessments with basic gym knowledge. The role ensures smooth scheduling, efficient patient flow, proper documentation, and timely completion of all assigned tests while maintaining excellent customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule diagnostic tests to ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare test rooms, equipment, and consumables before appointments.
Guide patients through the testing process and address basic queries.
Verify patient details and ensure all required documentation is complete.
Coordinate with technicians, doctors, and other departments for timely assessments.
Monitor test schedules, maintain accurate records, and reschedule incomplete tests when needed.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Track consumable inventory, report shortages, and promptly escalate operational issues.
