Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager, located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Territory Sales Manager With more than 5 Years of Work Experience will be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory. The role includes providing training and customer support to ensure client satisfaction and the effective implementation of PeopleLink solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in providing Training and ongoing support to customers for seamless product adoption.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address unique client requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, although relevant work experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with Audio-Visual, TelePresence, or Video Conferencing solutions is a plus.
