Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Territory Manager located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Senior Territory Manager will oversee daily operations related to property management within an assigned territory, including tenant relationships, business development, and process optimization. The role involves building and maintaining property owner partnerships, ensuring timely rent collections, streamlining workflows, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction is a cornerstone of this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Market Research
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Operational efficiency skills, including Process Optimization and Problem-Solving
• Analytical abilities and proficiency in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region
• Prior experience in the real estate or property management sector is a plus
