Job Title: Senior Tender Executive
Company: INCL Media Group
Location: Noida / Client Location (if applicable)
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tendering processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling government tenders, particularly through the GeM portal, and must have prior exposure to the Advertising, Marketing, or PR Agency industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete tendering lifecycle from identification to submission and follow-ups
Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM Portal, CPP Portal, and other government platforms
Prepare tender documents including technical and financial bids
Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Operations, Creative, Legal) for required documentation
Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete compliance
Maintain a database of ongoing and submitted tenders
Track tender status, results, and client communication
Handle vendor registrations, EMD documentation, and compliance requirements
Maintain proper documentation and filing of all tender-related activities
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
3–4 years of relevant experience in tendering/profile
Prior experience in Advertising / Marketing / PR Agency is mandatory
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with GeM Portal and other tender platforms
Good understanding of government tender processes and documentation
Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tenders simultaneously
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and documentation handling
Preferred Candidate Profile:
Experience working on government or PSU projects
Familiarity with compliance, financial calculations, and bid structuring
Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
