Hire Wings is looking for an experienced Senior Telecom Strategy Consultant to drive telecom transformation initiatives across next-generation mobile networks.
This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Telecom OSS, AIOps, Network Analytics, Open RAN, LTE, 5G, Core Networks, and Solution Consulting, combined with experience working closely with telecom operators, engineering teams, and product organizations.
Key Responsibilities- Lead telecom consulting and solution design across RAN, Transport/IP, Core Network, and OSS domains.
- Design AI-driven network analytics and AIOps use cases.
- Define solution architectures, HLDs, LLDs, and telecom use cases.
- Drive network assurance, service assurance, KPI analytics, and root cause analysis initiatives.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate operator requirements into scalable solutions.
- Conduct customer workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Support Open RAN, cloud-native telecom, and network transformation programs.
- Mentor technical teams and provide strategic telecom guidance.
