💼 **Role:** Senior Telecom Platform Engineer
🏢 **Work Mode:** On-site
We are looking for a **Senior Telecom Platform Engineer** to take strong technical ownership of a production-grade **SIP/VoIP platform** and lead the Telecom Platform team.
### 🔹 Key Responsibilities
* Own and evolve highly available **SIP/VoIP infrastructure**
* Work hands-on with **Kamailio, RTPengine, SIP signaling, media and call routing**
* Lead production troubleshooting, incident response and root-cause analysis
* Optimize SIP/media performance, capacity and scalability
* Work with SRE teams on availability, observability, monitoring and alerting
* Design and execute SIP traffic, load and capacity testing using **SIPp or similar tools**
* Lead and mentor engineers within the Telecom Platform team
* Contribute to architecture and technical decisions while remaining hands-on with coding
### 🔹 Must Have
✅ Strong production experience with **Kamailio or OpenSIPS** — Kamailio preferred
✅ Deep knowledge of **SIP, RTP, VoIP and telecom networking**
✅ Strong understanding of **NAT traversal and codecs**
✅ Experience with **SIPp or similar SIP load-testing tools**
✅ Strong **Linux and network troubleshooting** skills
✅ Ability to write **Kamailio routing logic / KEMI and supporting services**
✅ Strong technical ownership and architectural decision-making experience
### ⭐ Good to Have
* **RTPengine / RTPProxy**
* SIP trunking and carrier integration
* Asterisk or FreeSWITCH
* HOMER or similar SIP monitoring tools
* Large-scale / multi-region telecom systems
* NATS, Redis or distributed messaging systems
* Real-time voice AI, media streaming or speech technology exposure
