Job Requirements
• 6–8 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Telecom domain>
• Strong understanding of telecom business processes, OSS/BSS systems, CRM, and network workflows
• Proven experience in requirement elicitation, stakeholder workshops, and client interactions
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, mobile applications, and digital channels
• Expertise in creating BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and business rules
• Strong experience in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases
• Ability to work closely with UI/UX teams to define customer journeys and wireframes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and supporting development teams
• MBA with specialization in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Sales is preferred.>
Key Responsibilities
• Lead requirement gathering and analysis workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear, detailed functional and non-functional requirements
• Perform gap analysis between business requirements and existing systems
• Create and maintain requirement documentation, process models, and workflows
• Work closely with Agile teams during development, testing, and deployment phases
• Support QA teams by validating test cases and ensuring requirement traceability
• Facilitate communication between business users, product owners, and technology teams
• Ensure timely review, sign-off, and change management of requirements>
