Job Summary:
We are looking for motivated candidates who can handle outbound calls, follow up on pending payments, and negotiate repayment plans with customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and negotiation skills.
key Responsibilities:
* Track assigned accounts and identify outstanding debts
* Contact customers regarding payment status
* Plan actions to recover pending dues
* Negotiate payment deadlines or installment plans
* Explain financial details clearly and confidently
Salary & Benefits:
* Gross Salary: ₹15,700/-
* In-hand Salary: ₹12,500/- (PF & Medical Insurance included)
* Incentives: Up to ₹12,000/- per month based on performance
