Hiring | VoIP Engineer (FreeSWITCH, Kamailio | Programing language: Golang, Lua, Python, C, and C++)

We are looking for a skilled VoIP Engineer to join a high-performance technology team working on scalable, enterprise-grade communication platforms. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in VoIP systems, SIP routing, and real-time communication technologies, along with hands-on programming experience.
🔍 Role Overview
You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing VoIP infrastructure using FreeSWITCH and Kamailio, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. The role involves working across SIP signaling, call routing, system integration, and automation, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust communication solutions.
🧠 Key Responsibilities
• Configure, deploy, and maintain FreeSWITCH and Kamailio-based VoIP systems
• Design and optimize SIP-based call routing, DID management, and trunk configurations
• Troubleshoot signaling issues using tools like Wireshark and sngrep
• Implement least-cost routing (LCR) and high-availability architectures
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and call quality using RTCP/QoS metrics
• Integrate VoIP systems with CRM platforms, databases, and enterprise applications
• Develop custom modules and automate workflows using Golang, Lua, Python, C/C++
• Ensure security, compliance, and fraud prevention in VoIP environments
• Work with technologies like WebRTC, Redis, RabbitMQ, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
⚙️ Skills & Experience
• Strong hands-on experience with FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, SIP, RTP, and VoIP protocols
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (NAT, STUN/TURN, firewalls, SBCs)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Golang, Python, Lua, C, or C++
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), Docker, Kubernetes
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana, Nagios, Homer
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
