Overview
We are seeking a Senior Techno-Functional Lead for the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process area in Oracle EBS. This is a techno-functional leadership role requiring 70% technical depth and 30% functional expertise. This is not a developer role and not a pure functional consultant position.
Role Summary
The P2P Techno-Functional Lead will drive solution architecture and Level 3 support across Purchasing, iProcurement, Payables, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and Inventory-related P2P flows. The role requires strong understanding of procurement processes, approval workflows, receiving transactions, and supplier integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead technical design for P2P integrations, enhancements, and workflow extensions
• Troubleshoot complex procurement and AP issues, including receiving, matching, accruals, and approvals
• Review functional designs and convert them into detailed technical specifications
• Lead RICEF development for P2P: inbound vendor interfaces, PO/Invoice integrations, conversion scripts, and custom extensions
• Analyze P2P data models, schemas, and procurement APIs
• Support integration with third-party procurement or invoicing systems
• Monitor P2P transaction flows, error handling, and supplier integrations
• Ensure compliance with procurement and AP auditing requirements
• Work with internal procurement and AP teams to ensure solution stability
• Oversee testing cycles, cutovers, and deployments related to P2P changes
• Provide technical support and follow-up with product vendors
• Troubleshoot batch job and interface issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and error detection/correction
• Monitor integrations for data leakage and error handling
Required Skills
• 10+ years of Oracle EBS P2P experience
• Expertise in PO, iProcurement, AP, Supplier Management, and receiving flows
• Deep knowledge of procurement data models and integration points
• Strong SQL, API, and interface troubleshooting skills
• Experience leading Level 3 support and RCA for P2P issues
• Strong understanding of procurement compliance and controls
