Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kochi for a Senior Technician – Service & Maintenance. The Senior Technician will be responsible for performing installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of home lifts. Additional duties include diagnosing technical issues, ensuring compliance with safety standards, guiding junior technicians, and collaborating with the service team to optimize operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of lift systems or other mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Proficiency with tools and equipment used in service and repair tasks
- Understanding of safety protocols and compliance standards associated with lift installations and maintenance
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
- Ability to lead and guide junior technicians, providing mentorship and support
- Good communication and time management skills
- Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Prior experience in the lift or mobility solutions industry is an added advantage
