Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and technically strong Senior Technician – QC, Repair & Refurbishment to handle end-to-end repair, refurbishment, and quality control operations for treadmills, EV vehicles, and other electronic devices.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day refurbishment activities, fault diagnosis, repair execution, and quality assurance, ensuring all products meet operational and safety standards before dispatch. This role requires hands-on expertise, leadership ability, and process discipline in a fast-paced refurbishment environment.

Detailed Key Responsibilities:
1. Treadmill Repair & Servicing
Diagnose faults in treadmill motors, belts, controllers, and display panels
Perform preventive maintenance, calibration, and performance tuning
Repair or replace defective components (motor drivers, sensors, wiring)
Ensure smooth operation, speed accuracy, and safety compliance
Conduct load testing and endurance checks post-repair
2. EV Vehicle Repair & Troubleshooting
Identify and repair issues in EV batteries, BMS (Battery Management System), controllers, and wiring harness
Diagnose electrical faults using testing tools and diagnostic methods
Perform battery health checks, voltage analysis, and safety inspection
Handle component replacement and ensure proper system integration
Ensure all repairs meet safety and operational standards
3. Refurbishment Operations (Daily Activities )
Manage regular refurbishment of returned, damaged, or used products
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble products
Replace worn-out or faulty components with approved spares
Ensure refurbished products meet “like-new” functional standards
Handle high-volume daily refurbishment targets
4. Quality Control (QC) & Testing
Perform Incoming Quality Check (IQC), In-Process QC (IPQC), and Final QC (FQC)
Develop and follow QC checklists and testing procedures
Conduct functional testing, safety testing, and performance validation
Identify recurring defects and perform root cause analysis (RCA)
Ensure zero-defect dispatch by strict quality adherence
6. Team Handling & Supervision
Lead and supervise junior technicians and helpers
Provide technical training and on-the-job guidance
Monitor productivity, quality output, and adherence to SOPs
Ensure proper task allocation and performance tracking
7. Tools, Equipment & Inventory Management
Use tools such as multimeter, clamp meter, battery tester, diagnostic tools
Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of tools and equipment
Manage spare parts inventory and consumption tracking
Raise requirements for critical components and ensure availability
8. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed service records, QC reports, and repair logs
Track failure rates, repair success rates, and recurring issues
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
Provide data insights for process improvement
9. Safety & Compliance
Follow all electrical safety norms and operational guidelines
Ensure safe handling of batteries and electronic components
Maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment
Adhere to company policies and industry standards
Required Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in treadmill repair (motor, belt, controller systems)
In-depth knowledge of EV systems (battery, BMS, controller, wiring)
Expertise in PCB-level troubleshooting and soldering
Understanding of quality control methodologies and testing standards
Familiarity with diagnostic tools and electronic testing equipment
