Job Title: Senior Technical Trainer

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer with experience delivering high-quality, technology-focused training programs. The trainer will conduct workshops on Artificial Intelligence (AI), covering both foundational and advanced concepts, including Python-based AI use cases as well as no-code/low-code AI applications.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering both virtual and in-person trainings to diverse audiences—including students, faculty, and working professionals. Sessions may range from short-format workshops to multi-day or week-long training programs, including train-the-trainer formats.
Candidates should be open to upskilling in applied AI tools and concepts (beginner–intermediate level). We will provide comprehensive learning resources and support. Prior experience in AI, Data Science, or emerging technologies will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct highly engaging and informative training sessions using a standardized curriculum.
- Deliver sessions both online and in-person for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to support large-scale capacity building.
- Localize and contextualize content to ensure relevance and learner engagement.
- Collect and evaluate continuous feedback to improve program quality.
- Support training operations, documentation, and reporting when required.
- Domestic travel as needed to deliver classroom training.
- Interact with senior stakeholders during program planning and reporting (preferred).
- Support basic project coordination tasks for training rollouts (preferred).
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a technical trainer.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming (evidence of coursework acceptable).
- Solid foundational understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science concepts.
- Ability to explain both code-based (Python) and no-code/low-code AI tools and use cases.
- Familiarity with major AI/ML applications such as computer vision, NLP, and predictive analytics.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts and provide practical real-world examples.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, training, mentoring, and continuous learning.
- B.Tech/M.Tech degree (or equivalent technical qualification).
Good-to-Have Skills
- Project management experience, especially in handling training rollouts.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders for program planning and coordination.
- Prior teaching/training experience in higher education institutes.
- Fluency in additional Indian languages.
- Exposure to emerging AI tools and platforms.
