Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Technical Trainer (AIML) based in Panipat. The Senior Technical Trainer will design, develop, and deliver advanced training programs in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for students and faculty, ensuring content is aligned with current industry standards and emerging technologies. Daily responsibilities include creating curricula, lesson plans, lab exercises, and assessments; conducting classroom and hands-on training sessions; and mentoring learners on projects and practical implementations. The role involves collaborating with academic and industry stakeholders to continuously update course content, integrate real-world case studies, and support industry certifications or skill-based tracks. The Senior Technical Trainer will also evaluate learner performance, provide feedback and guidance, organize workshops or bootcamps, and contribute to academic quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong background as a Technical Trainer with proven experience in Technical Training and Training & Development, preferably in AI/ML or related domains.
- Excellent Communication and Training delivery skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse learner groups.
- Solid hands-on expertise in AI/ML tools, frameworks, and languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, data science libraries).
- Demonstrated experience designing curricula, instructional materials, lab exercises, and assessments for technical programs.
- Ability to mentor and guide learners on projects, problem-solving, and best practices in software development and model deployment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field; doctoral degree or equivalent industry experience is an advantage.
- Familiarity with academic environments, outcome-based education, and industry-aligned certification programs is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset to work with faculty, administration, and industry partners.
