Phenom People is a rapidly growing software company that is revolutionizing the way companies attract, engage, and retain top talent. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer, IX to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
As a Senior Technical Support Engineer, IX, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients who use our revolutionary recruitment software, RX. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, as well as providing guidance and training to our clients on how to best utilize our software.
What Youll Do
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our recruitment software, RX
- Collaborate with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct training sessions for clients on how to use our software effectively
- Document and track all technical support requests and resolutions in our system
- Continuously monitor and improve the overall performance and stability of our software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology
What Youve Done
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the software industryStrong knowledge of integration like calling APIs, API Configuration.
- Knowledge on monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana, etc.,
- Knowledge on DB and SQL
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Strong knowledge of recruitment technology and processes
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed
