Our Customer Experience practice designs and delivers cloud contact-centre solutions for enterprise customers. We work across the full stack — flow design, routing optimisation, API integrations, agent-desktop configuration, and end-to-end deployment through stabilisation.
We’re looking for 2 Senior Technical Specialists who’ve been in the trenches building and operating enterprise CX systems — not just configuring them, but owning them.
What we’re looking for:
→ 5–6 years of hands-on contact centre technology experience
→ Deep expertise in one or more of: Webex Contact Center / Calling (Cisco), Genesys Cloud, or NICE CXone
→ Proven track record on enterprise-scale CX programmes
→ Someone who takes ownership from design to go-live
