Job Description
We are looking for a
detail-oriented Technical AIML Ops Specialist to support
end-to-end solution delivery and customer success operations. The role involves working across
AI/ML operations, technical documentation review, compliance validation, and program coordination, ensuring high-quality delivery across enterprise systems.
You will review and analyze complex technical documentation including
VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template) reports, cybersecurity assessment frameworks, and software architecture specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical MLOps Specialist to support our end-to-end solution delivery and customer success functions.
- The role involves reviewing and complex technical documentation including VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Templates) compliance reports, cybersecurity assessment frameworks, and software architecture specifications.
- Check and review vulnerability and security issues in the code using LOWcode/Nocode or native coding experience over Java, Python, etc
- You will conduct structured code quality reviews, flagging readability, maintainability, and standards adherence issues across multi-stack environments.
- Working closely with solution delivery teams, you will analyze functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability from customer intent to technical output.
- The role demands a strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/Section 508), cybertech risk taxonomies, and the ability to translate dense technical content into clearly labelled, structured datasets.
- You will collaborate with customer success managers to annotate ticket resolution patterns, escalation workflows, and product feedback loops that directly inform AI model training and knowledge base enrichment.
- A background in QA, technical writing, or software development combined with a meticulous eye for semantic accuracy is essential.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–12 years of experience in software engineering, QA, technical operations, or AIML/MLOps environments
- Strong understanding of AI/ML operations, system delivery, or customer success in technical domains
- Experience reviewing technical documentation, architecture designs, or compliance reports
- Hands-on exposure to Java, Python, or low-code/no-code platforms
- Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, vulnerability analysis, and risk frameworks
- Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1, Section 508)
- Strong experience in code quality review, debugging, and maintainability assessment
- Ability to convert unstructured technical content into structured, analyzable datasets
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in MLOps / AI Ops / Data annotation workflows
- Background in QA, technical writing, or software development
- Exposure to enterprise customer success or program management environments
- Experience working with AI training data pipelines or model evaluation processes
