About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Technical Sales Manager to drive business growth in the Mumbai market. This is a remote role; however, preference will be given to candidates currently based in Mumbai due to market coverage requirements.
The role requires a strong blend of technical understanding and sales expertise to effectively position our solutions, manage enterprise relationships, and close high-value deals. You will collaborate closely with the leadership, pre-sales, and delivery teams based in Bangalore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the Mumbai region
- Drive revenue growth and consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Understand customer technical and business requirements and propose appropriate solutions
- Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and consultative discussions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, technical heads, and key decision-makers
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline tracking in CRM
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments
Required Qualification & Skills:
- 8–10 years of experience in Technical Sales / Solution Sales / B2B Enterprise Sales
- Strong understanding of technology solutions (SaaS, IT services, enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, or related domains)
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong consultative selling and solution positioning skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience handling enterprise and mid-market clients
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
Preferred Qualification:
- Candidate currently based in Mumbai (strongly preferred)
- Engineering degree (B.E./B.Tech) or equivalent
- MBA in Sales/Marketing (preferred but not mandatory)
- Existing network within the Mumbai enterprise ecosystem
