Role Description
The Senior Technical Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving sales growth through effective technical consultations, client engagement, and solution-based selling. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, providing technical support to clients, preparing and delivering proposals, and collaborating with engineering and business development teams to close deals. The role requires staying updated on market trends and technical advancements to offer tailored solutions that meet customer requirements. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering
- Experience in providing Technical Support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong Communication skills, including the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to build relationships and close deals in a complex, technical sales environment
- Understanding of industrial infrastructure, storage systems, and related technical domains is highly advantageous
- Experience with end-to-end solution selling and client management
- Relevant bachelor's degree in engineering is preferred
