We are Hiring !!!!
Position: Sr. IT Recruiter
Location: C-28 & 29, C Block, Phase 2, Industrial Area, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201301 and Sector 2 (100% Onsite)
Experience: 4- 5 Year with Good Communication Skills
Shift Time: 6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Note: Its a 100% Onsite role please don't bargain for remote.
Requirements:
-Candidate Should have good exposure on W2 and Full Time/Direct Client requirements.
-Should have good communication skills
-Must be able to perform
Must-Have Skills and Qualifications:
4-5 + years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on sourcing and hiring for technical roles.
Proven expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter to source and manage candidates.
In-depth knowledge of W2 hiring processes, including compliance and documentation.
Comprehensive understanding of tax terms like W2, 1099, and C2C.
Excellent spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience working with IT staffing firms or consulting companies.
Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies.
Experience with diversity and inclusion hiring initiatives.
