As a Senior Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various technical and non-technical roles. This is a 100% remote, part-time position, perfect for a high-performing talent acquisition professional who thrives on autonomy and has a knack for finding 'purple squirrels' in the tech industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the entire hiring funnel from sourcing and initial screening to offer negotiation and closing. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and niche networks to build a pipeline of high-quality candidates. • Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and define ideal candidate profiles. • Ensure a seamless, professional, and engaging experience for every candidate, reflecting Carmatec’s brand values. • Conduct in-depth behavioral and technical pre-screening interviews to ensure cultural and skill alignment. • Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide data-driven insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
5–7 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the IT/Software services industry. • Deep understanding of modern tech stacks (Full Stack, Cloud, DevOps, etc.) and the ability to 'speak tech' with candidates. • Experience working in a remote environment with a high degree of self-motivation and discipline. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’ll be the first point of contact for our future hires. • Expert-level proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking
