US IT Recruiter - Direct Client/W2
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Experience: 2 to 6 Years
Job Type: Full-time
Shift Timing: US Shift (6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST)
CTC: Best in the market as per experience & skill set
We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior US IT Recruiter to join our fast-paced, high-performance team in Noida. In this role, you will take ownership of end-to-end US IT recruitment, partnering closely with Account Managers and clients to deliver top-tier technical talent across a wide range of requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions.
Source candidates via Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals.
Screen for technical/cultural fit through phone and video interviews.
Negotiate compensation, benefits, and terms (W2, C2C, 1099) with candidates/clients.
Coordinate client interviews and ensure prompt follow-ups.
Maintain ATS data and hiring compliance.
Build robust pipelines for ongoing requisitions.
Collaborate with Account Managers to meet client needs and close positions fast.
Handle visa docs (H1B, GC, US Citizen, TN, OPT).
Track market trends and share team insights.
Requirements:
Proven IT sourcing/placement track record.
Strong grasp of technologies like Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps.
Expertise in US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and employment types.
Comfort with US time zones and business hours.
Top-notch communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in ATS and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelors in Computer Science Engineering, IT, or related field.
VMS recruitment and Implementation Partner experience.
Recruitment metrics/reporting knowledge.
