Experience Required: 3+ Years in US IT Recruitment (Direct MSP clients & Implementation partners like HCL, L&T & Deloitte)

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled US IT Recruiter with hands-on experience working with Direct clients from healthcare, medical device engineering and Implementation Partners (HCL, L&T & Deloitte).
The ideal candidate should have strong understanding of the US hiring ecosystem, excellent sourcing & screening ability and experience closing IT requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions through Implementation Partners.
Source candidates using Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Job Boards & Social Networks.
Review and evaluate technical resumes to ensure skill fitment.
Coordinate candidate interviews, screening, and submissions to direct Clients and Implementation Partners as well.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Implementation Partners and Vendor Managers.
Negotiate pay rates (W2/1099/C2C) and ensure compliance with US work authorizations.
Track and manage candidate pipelines, follow-ups, and closures.
Maintain high-quality submissions with quick turnaround time (TAT).
Work closely with Account Managers to understand job requirements and delivery expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 3-4+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment (MUST have strong and solid experience working with direct clients and Implementation Partners as well).
Strong understanding of US Tax Terms (W2/1099/C2C).
Experience sourcing and screening IT roles across various technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment.
Preferred Skills
Experience handling VMS-based requirements.
Strong vendor network within the US region.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
