We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our growing team.
Requirements:
• 4+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong experience in LinkedIn sourcing and candidate hunting
• Hands-on experience in sourcing onsite candidates
• Well-versed in candidate management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
Responsibilities:
• Source and screen quality candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
• Manage candidate pipelines and interview coordination
• Work closely with hiring managers to close positions efficiently
• Maintain strong candidate engagement and follow-ups
• Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced environment
