Overview of the Role
The Senior Semiconductor Recruitment Specialist will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top engineering talent within the semiconductor industry. This position is critical to supporting HCLTech’s growth in advanced technology domains, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of innovation by building a strong technical team. The role involves partnering with business leaders to understand talent needs, managing full-cycle recruitment processes, and contributing to strategic hiring initiatives.
Skill Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment within the semiconductor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of technical domains such as DV, RTL, and Physical Design (PD).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Human Resources, or related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
- Proven ability to assess technical talent and conduct competency-based interviews for engineering roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and talent sourcing platforms.
