GoHire Technologies is seeking an experienced US Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for US clients. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates across IT and/or non-IT roles, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment for US-based clients
- Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Perform initial screenings and assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interviews and manage client communication
- Negotiate pay rates and manage offer processes
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Maintain ATS and candidate pipelines
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions
- Build strong relationships with candidates and clients
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in US Staffing / Recruitment (mandatory)
- Strong experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring models
- Hands-on experience with job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in US Shift (Night Shift)
- Proven track record of closures and meeting targets
