Senior Technical Recruiter

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and digital positions. You will be responsible for developing, executing technology hiring strategies, building strong talent pipelines, and partnering closely with key stakeholders. You will guide and support the recruitment team to deliver Festo’s digital transformation by ensuring timely access to top technology talent and enhancing overall recruitment efficiency


Your job:

  • Lead proactive sourcing efforts and maintain a strong, high‑quality talent pipeline across multiple platforms and channels
  • Drive and oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and stakeholders
  • Lead the planning and execution of large‑scale hiring drives to meet business needs efficiently
  • Uphold and improve Talent Acquisition KPIs and SLAs, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery
  • Maintain strong recruitment data discipline to enable accurate insights and strategic decision‑making
  • Lead process enhancement initiatives to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to strengthen the organization’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market


Our requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR with 10-12 years of experience in IT recruitment with exposure to global hiring environment
  • Strong ability to manage high-volume hiring volumes, and excellent stakeholder management across local and global teams
  • 2–3 years of prior experience effectively leading and developing recruitment team, fostering a high‑performance, accountable, and goal‑driven culture
  • A positive, can-do attitude with strong work ethics
