Role Overview
A Senior US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US clients—direct clients, MSP accounts, IT + Non-IT (BFSI mandatory).
Key Responsibilities
- Full US recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → screening → scheduling → closing).
- Work on IT requirements.
- Hands-on sourcing using Dice, Monster, CB, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and manage onboarding.
- Build strong pipelines and maintain client/candidate relationships.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of US Staffing experience
- Mandatory experience in Non-IT/BFSI hiring.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099).
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills.
- Must be comfortable working night shift (US hours).
- Immediate or quick joiners preferred.
