Sr.Technical Recruiter (US)– Infrastructure Vertical

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for our Infrastructure division. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to source, screen, and close top technical talent — including DevOps engineers, cloud architects, site reliability engineers (SREs), network engineers, and systems administrators — with a deep focus on infrastructure and platform engineering.
Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles within the infrastructure vertical
• Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and technical communities
• Screen candidates for technical competency across cloud platforms, networking, systems, and DevOps tooling
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified infrastructure talent
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and hiring best practices
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, DevOps, or platform engineering roles
• Familiarity with infrastructure technologies and terminology (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, Linux, networking)
• Proven ability to source and close candidates in competitive technical markets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
