We’re Hiring: Senior Technical Recruiter (Offshore / Nearshore | PST Support)
At Buxton Consulting, we’re looking for a high-caliber Technical Recruiter who brings more than just sourcing capability—someone who operates as a true talent partner, with the ability to assess, challenge, and deliver quality talent consistently.
This role is designed for individuals who thrive in high-expectation, performance-driven environments and can work directly with leadership on complex, niche hiring mandates across ERP, Cloud, Data, AI, and Engineering domains.

⚡ What you’ll be responsible for
- End-to-end technical hiring for U.S.-based roles
- Driving high-quality sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Dice, and advanced search techniques
- Performing rigorous candidate validation and due diligence
- Leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to improve efficiency and precision
- Delivering well-qualified, insight-driven submissions
- Partnering closely with leadership to align talent strategy with business needs
✅ Who we’re looking for
- 7+ years of experience in technical recruiting (US staffing preferred)
- Strong foundation in technology (Engineering / Computer Science / Science)
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing strategy
- Proficiency with Excel, SharePoint, and structured tracking/reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills (non-negotiable)
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting workflows
