The Lead Recruiter will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategies and execution, managing the hiring pipeline, and leading a team of recruiters to attract, assess, and hire top talent within the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role combines hands-on recruiting, team leadership, stakeholder management, and process optimization to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring across India and the US markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective sourcing and hiring strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide recruiters to ensure consistent delivery and achievement of hiring goals.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines using job boards, social media, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- End-to-End Hiring: Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Market Engagement: Build talent networks through industry events, communities, and social platforms.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and metrics to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track, analyze, and report key hiring metrics to drive data-driven decisions.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, talent availability, and best practices in IT recruitment.
Requirements
- Experience:
- Minimum 9+ years of IT recruitment experience
- Strong exposure to both India and US hiring markets
- Experience hiring within the Salesforce ecosystem is required.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce technical roles and skillsets
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in ATS tools and modern sourcing techniques
- Education:
- MBA in HR / Business Administration or a relevant degree in Engineering (preferred)
