About the Role
BrezQ is hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with 4–6 years of experience in US Staffing and W2 Technical Recruiting.
This is strictly a Technical Recruiting role and not a Bench Sales position.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and qualify candidates for active W2 technical requirements
- Recruit across technologies such as Java, .NET, Data, Cloud, DevOps, QA, Salesforce, and Infrastructure
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter (RPS), Dice, job boards, databases, and referrals for candidate sourcing
- Coordinate with Account Managers and candidates throughout the interview process
- Negotiate compensation and maintain strong candidate relationships
- Manage multiple requirements and meet recruitment/placement targets
Requirements
- 4–6 years of US IT Recruiting experience
- Hands-on experience with W2 requirements
- Proven experience working with LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services) for sourcing and candidate outreach
- Strong understanding of US IT staffing and technical skill sets
- Excellent sourcing, screening, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced US staffing environment
Important: This is strictly a Technical Recruiting / W2 role. Candidates with only Bench Sales experience will not be considered.
