Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Technical Project Manager role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves managing the end-to-end planning and execution of technical projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and client requirements. Responsibilities include developing project plans, managing resources, tracking milestones and deliverables, facilitating effective communication across teams, and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard. The Senior Technical Project Manager will also lead cross-functional teams, resolve project issues, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Project Management and Program Management, with experience in the successful delivery of complex technical projects.
- Strong Team Leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional project teams effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills to clearly articulate project goals, updates, and challenges with stakeholders and team members.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills in problem-solving and decision-making during high-pressure situations.
- Experience in managing technical projects in areas such as AI, SaaS development, or Web3 is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or similar).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree in a relevant discipline is a plus.
- Professional project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) is an advantage.
