Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead and manage large-scale software development projects. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects within scope, timeline, and budget
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and product releases
- Collaborate with engineering, product, QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams
- Translate business requirements into technical deliverables
- Define project timelines, sprint plans, and resource allocation
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
- Track progress using tools like Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Ensure software quality, testing, and smooth release management
- Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and deployments
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and clients
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and team performance
- Mentor junior team members when required
Required Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of experience in software development and project management
- Strong experience delivering large-scale software projects
- Good understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello
- Technical knowledge of at least one programming language and database
- Experience with DevOps tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
