📌 Hiring: Technical Program Manager (Data Platform | Azure)
We are looking for a high-impact Technical Program Manager to lead our Data Engineering and Platform initiatives. This is a hands-on ownership role where you will drive strategic delivery, manage complex programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams at scale.

Experience: 11+ Years
Location: Remote
Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Budget: Up to ₹12 LPA
Joining: Immediate to 15 days preferred
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the Data Platform roadmap across engineering teams
- Ensure delivery of scalable, high-quality data solutions
- Create and present executive-level decks and reports for leadership stakeholders
- Maintain and proactively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
- Lead Agile ceremonies in a SAFe framework (PI Planning, Sprint cycles, backlog management)
- Manage cross-team dependencies using Jira and Azure DevOps
- Define and track key platform metrics such as latency, throughput, and cost efficiency
🧠 Required Skills & Experience|
- 9+ years of experience in Program/Project Management (preferably in Data/Cloud environments)
- Strong experience with Azure Data ecosystem (Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Expertise in Jira and PowerPoint (executive storytelling)
- Hands-on experience in the SAFe Agile framework
- Strong understanding of program governance, RAID logs, and dependency management
