We are seeking a Scrum-certified Technical Program Manager to lead complex Data Engineering and CRM transformation programs across global teams. This role requires a blend of technical depth, program governance, and healthcare domain expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Delivery: Lead Data Engineering and CRM initiatives (Salesforce, Veeva, Dynamics).
Agile Execution: Manage sprint planning, backlogs, and cross-team alignment.
Clinical Workflows: Drive EHR, claims, RWE, and HL7/FHIR data projects.
Governance: Manage executive-level reporting, risk, and global stakeholder communication.
Required:
Certifications: Mandatory Scrum Master (CSM/PSM).
Technical Depth: Strong experience in data pipelines, cloud platforms, and CRM implementations.
Healthcare Expertise: Proven exposure to clinical tech with strict HIPAA/PHI awareness.
Leadership: 7–12 years in TPM with excellent cross-functional communication.
Nice to Have:
Experience with global delivery (US/Canada/India).
Exposure to AI/ML or automation in healthcare.
SAFe or PMP certifications.
