Role: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
Location: Hyderabad (Fully Onsite)
Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
Immediate joiners preferred
We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead large-scale AI/ML and Gen AI initiatives. The ideal consultant will have a strong technical foundation and proven experience driving cross-functional delivery of enterprise AI platforms.
This role requires recent hands-on experience managing AI-driven programs, including LLM integrations, MLOps frameworks, and cloud-based AI deployments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end execution of enterprise AI/ML programs.
Manage GenAI/LLM implementations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar platforms).
Drive roadmap planning, milestone tracking, and executive reporting.
Coordinate across Engineering, Data Science, Product, Cloud, and DevOps teams.
Oversee AI lifecycle: data ingestion, model development, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
Manage risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder alignment.
Ensure compliance, governance, and scalable AI architecture practices.
Implement Agile/SAFe methodologies and program governance frameworks.
Required Skills
15+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in technical program management.
Recent experience leading AI/ML or GenAI-based enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
Proven ability to manage large distributed technical teams.
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with LLMs, NLP, Predictive Analytics, or intelligent automation.
PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications.
Background in enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
