What you'll do
As a Senior Localization Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full scope and scale of Product & Technology (P&T) Localization Operations at Docusign. This role will manage interdependencies across programs, teams, and stakeholders to provide a world-class product localization experience for our global customers in 44+ languages. This position will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and internal partner organizations to deliver valuable, impactful outcomes. In order to be successful, you’ll demonstrate strong organizational skills in managing end-to-end localization programs, excel at influencing without authority, and understand technical details quickly. Finally, you will possess a strong attention to detail, bring simplified solutions to complex problems, and be comfortable operating in a fluid, agile environment.
This position is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Technical Program Management.
Responsibility
- Own and execute the end-to-end, daily Localization Operations within the P&T organization
- Oversee end-to-end execution across teams / groups / vendors, including risk management, communication, issue/conflict resolution and dependency management
- Collaborate with responsible partners to proactively identify, communicate, manage and mitigate operational risks
- Organize and lead cadence-based stakeholders / leadership meetings, tracking actions, providing timely communication of program status, schedule, risks, and blockers
- Drive process improvements and leverage metrics to improve transparency, overall team performance and efficiency around key cross-org programs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business value in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of quality and transparency
- Lead and manage a roadmap of program enhancements centered around reducing overhead and improving quality while simultaneously maintaining ongoing business operations
- Track, manage, and optimize annual budgets for tooling usage, licenses, and 3rd party vendors
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

What you bring
Basic
- 8+ years of leading complex, cross-functional, global localization functions or cross-departmental program leadership
- Experience building strong cross-team relationships and partnerships
Preferred
- Strong organizational skills with ability to deal with ambiguity, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong business acumen and technical background, with the ability to quickly understand and articulate technical and operational concepts and challenges across wide-ranging audiences
- Ability to develop clear program strategies and detailed program plans highlighting dependencies and critical paths for success
- Experience curating program metrics and creating dashboards or scorecards for overall operational health and progress
- Ability to synthesize data from various streams and present in a digestible bite size manner to upper management and execution teams
- Possess working knowledge and skills with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartling, RWS, XTM, Hereto, and other content localization systems and vendors
