Senior Technical Program Manager – E-commerce

About the Role
Humancloud is looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to work onsite with our e-commerce client in Seattle, WA.
In this role, you will lead complex, high-impact technology programs across multiple teams and functions. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to define, plan, build, and launch technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical program management experience, excellent cross-functional leadership skills, and hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents to improve program delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead high-impact, high-risk, and complex technical programs across multiple teams.
- Develop and execute integrated program plans, timelines, milestones, and delivery strategies.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to define, design, build, and launch technology solutions.
- Identify program risks, dependencies, and gaps, and drive timely resolution or ownership.
- Present program status, demos, risks, mitigation strategies, and key outcomes to senior leadership, including VP-level stakeholders.
- Define technical components of multi-year capability roadmaps.
- Manage resource planning, team budgets, forecasting, and program-level financial tracking.
- Apply strong knowledge of cloud technologies, APIs, services, databases, Windows technologies, and open-source platforms.
- Use engineering lifecycle knowledge to drive continuous improvement and delivery efficiency.
- Leverage AI tools, AI agents, and AI-native operating models to improve program speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables and successful end-to-end program execution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience using AI tools and AI agents in program delivery.
- Experience working in e-commerce, omnichannel, or retail technology environments.
- Strong understanding of modern technology platforms, APIs, cloud services, databases, and software engineering lifecycles.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional technology programs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience with resource planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
- Ability to work onsite in Seattle, WA.
