Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Product Owner (TPO) to lead the delivery and evolution of Account Lifecycle Management platforms within our Wealth Management business. This role focuses on optimizing the technology that supports account onboarding, maintenance, and closure, ensuring seamless, compliant, and automated processes throughout the account lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Work on a team that is responsible for the design, implementation, and development of dynamic account opening and account maintenance applications.
- Ensure alignment and collaboration between product managers and engineering teams to drive unified goals and successful delivery.
- Own the technical product vision, roadmap, and backlog for Account Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions, ensuring effective navigation and collaboration across a wide range of partner systems, organizations, and capabilities
- Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics aligned with business outcomes
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvements and show success through KPIs.
- Explore and implement AI based solutions to enhance the account opening and client onboarding systems.
- Use customer and business feedback to inform roadmaps and non-functional goals.
- Enforce security, privacy, and information governance controls throughout the account lifecycle
- Drive automation using intelligent processing and workflow tools
- Ensure scalable and resilient platforms supporting account lifecycle management
- Communicate roadmap, progress, and risks to leadership
- Support training, rollout, and adoption of new solutions
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Systems Leadership
- 4+ years in Wealth Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services
- Experience delivering account lifecycle, compliance, BPM, or workflow automation solutions
- Hands-on experience with BPM platforms (Pega, Appian, Camunda, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Strong understanding of client and account onboarding and account management, records retention, and audit controls
- Experience acting as Product Owner
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Technology Transformation or Digital Automation, with a strong emphasis on understanding digital advisor interactions and designing solutions that enable seamless omni-channel experiences across web, mobile, and advisor platforms.
- CSPO, SAFe PO/PM, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma certification
- Experience with enterprise and cloud-based platforms

- Audit-ready, compliant account and workflow platforms that incorporate high standards for non-functional requirements (NFRs) to ensure reliability, scalability, and security.
- Significant reduction in manual work for users through automation and streamlined processes, allowing for efficient onboarding and seamless account edits.
- Consistent Agile delivery, even without a dedicated Scrum Master.
- ALM advisor facing solutions set the standard for excellence.
